Rosé Grapefruit Spritzer

This Rosé Grapefruit Spritzer is an amped up version of the traditional White Wine Spritzer - the addition of grapefruit bitters and fresh thyme makes it oh so good.

Ok, so tomorrow is National Rosé day so it’s only appropriate to post about Rosé!!! I mean it’s probably a crime not to right?

In my opinion, Rosé has come a long way in the past few years, or perhaps it’s just the ones I drink! No longer is it overly sweet and bright pink; it's now dry, citrusy and can range from pale pink to bright coral. I have said it before and I will say it again that I think the French really know how to make a great Rosé, but I have also had some great ones from BC and California, so perhaps my opinion is slowly changing.

Now while I love a straight glass of cold crisp Rosé it is also nice to switch and lighten things up from time to time right! This spritzer is a slight take on the classic spritzer with white wine and soda water. This version has the addition of grapefruit bitters and fresh thyme - it’s upgraded and it’s soooo good.

So make sure you celebrate this weekend with a Crisp Rosé Grapefruit Spritzer, you won't be disappointed!!!!
